Does Brain Dump create reminders?

No. It stays unscheduled until you choose Organize and successfully create a reminder.

Why didn’t an email arrive?

Check junk mail and your current reminder status. Core actions remain available in OnwardCue even if email delivery is delayed.

Can optional email be turned off?

Yes. Open Profile → Communications. Essential account/security messages and reminders you requested are separate.
