Email cues

OnwardCue sends requested reminder emails through Brevo. Delivery state and your action state are separate, so a delayed email does not prevent you using Today.

Optional communications

Product updates, getting-started tips, and occasional re-engagement email are optional and controlled in Profile. Essential account, security, and requested reminder messages are handled separately.
